Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending any tutoring services—whether one-on-one coaching, live classes, or bundles—you (“Client”) agree to these Terms of Service (“ToS”), and any policies referenced herein.

2. Services

Coveted Prep (“Tutor,” “we,” “us”) provides:

  • One-on-One Tutoring with flexible hourly or bundled packages.

  • 12‑week Live LSAT Class (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 6–7:30 pm CST).

  • Bonus Materials, including custom schedules, homework, shared calendars, and recorded video content.
    Services begin upon payment and remain valid for the booked timeframe.

3. Payment & Billing

  • One-on-one: $375/hr; 10‑hour at $360/hr; 20‑hour at $340/hr (includes live-class access).

  • Live class: $1,200 for 12 weeks.

  • All fees due in full at booking via Stripe or Calendly payment links.

  • No refunds after first session unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • One-on-One: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

  • Live Class: You commit to all scheduled sessions; missed classes are forfeited but recordings may be available.

  • If we must cancel a session, we’ll reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice or issue a credit.

5. Materials & Access

  • Clients receive proprietary study plans, homework assignments, assessments, and any included video lessons.

  • Use is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Sharing, reselling, or public distribution is prohibited.

6. Results Disclaimer

We aim to improve your LSAT performance (common outcomes include –3 RC / –4 LR), but individual results vary. We make no guarantees regarding score increases or admissions outcomes.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Tutor will treat personal data as confidential and use it solely for service delivery.

  • Client should not disclose sensitive personal health or legal information during sessions, unless relevant to study strategy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tutor’s total liability shall not exceed the fee paid by the Client for that service. In no event will the Tutor be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All teaching methods, curriculum, slides, recorded lessons, and materials are owned by the Tutor. These remain our confidential intellectual property even after services end.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 7 days’ written notice. Prepaid fees for unused sessions may be refunded or credited at our discretion, less any incurred costs.

11. Governing Law

These ToS are governed by the laws of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts in Travis County.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this ToS at any time. Updated versions take effect 7 days after posting, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
